Here at Rancho Bernardo Pet Hospital, our staff members are Fear Free℠ certified professionals.
The Fear Free℠ initiative educates veterinary health care professionals in caring for the emotional needs of pets and aims to reduce the anxious, fearful feelings pets can otherwise have when visiting a vet.
The protocols create an experience which is more rewarding for all involved; the pets, their owners, and the veterinary healthcare team.
Rancho Bernardo Pet Hospital’s owner, Dr. Jatain Sondhi, DVM, was the first veterinary health care professional to be officially Fear Free℠ certified in the Rancho Bernardo area of San Diego.
“The feedback we’ve received from our clients has been extremely positive. Our clients recognize the lengths we go to in order to create a comfortable, calm environment for their pets here at our clinic and during house call visits.” said Dr. Sondhi.
